Most patients are scheduled in one hour blocks. If you arrive late to your appointment, you will still be treated but only up until the end of your scheduled time block. Extending treatment time only compromises care for the next patient, so please do your best to be on time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. This helps us better serve you and our other patients. Should you contact us within less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. In the event of an emergency, illness, or inclement weather, the fee will be waived.
