Fast Track Physical Therapy & Sports Performance adheres to all the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, also known as HIPAA. All patients are provided notice of Fast Track’s privacy practices. Patient records are considered protected health information and strict confidentiality is maintained. Records will be released to referring physicians and for health insurance purposes with the consent of the patient.
