William "Chris" Wren
Triathlon Age-Grouper & Team Z Stud

60 is the new 30, or at least that’s the case when Chris Wren competes. After dabbling in triathlon for years, Chris took a hiatus from the sport. At the ripe age of 57, Chris dropped the hammer and began aggressively training with Team Z to discover this true athletic potential. Chris can be found eating a burger at the finish line before most have reached T2. He is no stranger to the podium in both short and long course triathlon distances. Chris accomplished one of his greatest feats as he won his age group at the 2008 Lake Placid Ironman and walked away with the 60-64 course record. He continued on to Hawaii where he topped off his season with an eighth place finish at the Ironman World Championships.

Who says you can’t hit your athletic peak in your 60’s?!?

Testimonial: "Kerri adds a seasoned athlete's perspective to her in-depth knowledge of the body's musculoskeletal system, which is invaluable to us athletes. She has the ability to quickly assess an injury or condition, but follows this up with a thorough examination to confirm and refine the initial assessment and check for other contributing factors. She then prescribes and administers treatment that is realistic for the athlete. Kerri has quickly and accurately diagnosed each of my injuries and prescribed treatment to get me back into training as quickly as possible." - Chris Wren
