Avoid the hassle of multiple appointments & long waits.

Professional athletes are back to the field in record time because of immediate attention and rehab provided RIGHT AWAY. Fast Track Sports Medicine provides care similar to an Urgentcare model, only same week appointments instead of same day, and without sick clients in the waiting room. Our sports medicine specialists are trained to diagnose musculoskeletal injuries without imaging. These include:

  • Muscle strains
  • Joint pain
  • Ligamentous strains
  • Neck, shoulder, wrist/ hand, back, hip, knee, foot/ankle pain

*If you are experiencing life threatening emergencies, have experienced a significant trauma, or suspect a fracture, call 911 or go to our nearest emergency room.

Not sure if you are just sore or actually "injured"?

Another option is to start with a Sports Massage. A painful, overtrained area may respond well to a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, Graston, or ART. Our sports massage therapists are trained to screen for medical referrals if needed. Weekday and Saturday appointments are available for your convenience.

Know that reoccurring injuries can be stabilized.

Many injuries return even when appropriately rehabbed if continued movement patterns and specific stabilization are not addressed. Fast Track strength coaches can customize an individualized plan to focus on your specific needs post rehab.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

I just wanted to say thank you for what you do and what you have built at Fast Track. I went from physical therapy to bike fit to a doctor visit in 4 hours. You have some of the best there, everybody I met today was absolutely fantastic.
— Michael W.
Thank you so much for the time and dedication you have devoted to my daughter. She was stuck in neutral with other doctors and PT’s and we had really given up on the prospects of her return to rowing this year. Not only is she now rowing pain free, but she is doing so with improved form, power, and stamina. You deserve full credit for getting her back on track.
— Jim B.
I am so thankful to have met Kerri and the Fast Track Physical Therapy team. They have helped me recover from my extensive running injuries (5 stress fractures, 2 sports hernias, 3 inguinal hernias, and a shoulder injury) in record time and have made me a stronger and more complete endurance athlete.
— Mike W.
Excellent service! Performed a VERY thorough evaluation and diagnosed my injury when three previous doctors couldn’t. Very thankful for this place as I now have a path looking forward to get back to running.
— Erik D.
Fast Track therapists are not only very good but clearly like and respect each other and thus can effectively collaborate in the treatment of patients. Seamlessly collaborative treatment is a health care fantasy seldom achieved - but it is achieved in spades at Fast Track, to the great advantage of its patients.
— Michael H.
The great thing about Fast Track is that all the therapists work together as a team. So you’re never seeing just one therapist, but rather the whole team. They share ideas and treatment approaches to get you back to your chosen sport. They are all about keeping you active while in treatment. They will rarely tell you to stop doing your sport, unless it’s absolutely necessary. Also, they treat the cause of the injury, not just the symptoms. What does that mean? For me, my running form was causing my problems. I’ve worked with the therapists to strengthen my kinetic chain, focusing mainly on foot strength, and my running form. They identified a significant issue that no other PT or doctor had identified before. I know I’m on the right track now!
