Goose has worked with athletes of all calibers ranging from youth athletes to Olympians across a variety of different sports. Goose has a Bachelors in Kinesiology, a Masters in Educational Psychology, he is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach. He believes in a movement based approach to training aimed at improving the athlete’s coordination, movement efficiency, and resiliency.
Goose competed in multiple sports while growing up before finding his niche in Track & Field. While attending school at GMU he competed in the decathlon where he tallied up two conference championships and multiple post season appearances. Now a days he fills the void by weightlifting, surfing, mountain biking, and hiking ridiculously tall mountains. During his free time he is a California burrito aficionado, an avid Game of Thrones watcher, and a relentless seeker of knowledge.
