Professional Profile:

Isaiah’s young professional career began just 3 short years ago in the fall of 2014 when he made the switch from majoring in Biomedical Engineering to Kinesiology at George Mason University. Since that switch he’s gained a plethora of experience working with athletes on every level. In the fall of 2014 he began interning with George Mason’s Sports Performance team in which he had the opportunity to assist in exercise prescription and programming for the following teams: Men’s & Women’s Track & Field, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Men’s Volleyball and Men’s & Women’s Basketball. Isaiah also was the sole strength coach overseeing the GMU Golf Team. Outside of Mason Isaiah has worked with professional basketball players from Germany, Iceland, and Spain as well as NFL players from the New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Isaiah is still pursuing his bachelor’s degree at George Mason and is set to graduate in the fall of 2018. Afterwards he has aspirations to pursue graduate studies in either Biomechanics or Exercise Physiology. He believes that training should be all designed to optimize athletic performance and efficiency by enhancing balance, coordination, strength, and resiliency.

Athletic Profile:

Isaiah competed in basketball and track & field while in high school. However soon after the recruiting process didn’t side in his favor he decided to do the next best thing, make other athletes better. Isaiah is an avid lifter and sports junky. Aside from sports Isaiah enjoys reading, and cooking.
