Fast Track Performance training is geared towards finding your weaknesses and making them your strength. We do this first with an extensive evaluation utilizing a neuro-biomechanical model to assess joint mobility, integrity and gross movement patterns to determine likelihood of injury and identify factors that could restrict your performance.
After the assessment, our knowledgeable (and good looking) coaches construct a program specifically for you, consisting of exercises and drills to address your weaknesses and improve your strength, power and conditioning. Check out our training options below:
One on One Training
The advantage of one-on-one training is that you receive direct supervision and the undivided attention of your strength coach throughout the entire session. This type of training is particularly great for individuals with a history of injury, new to strength training, or need flexibility in scheduling. Choose from single sessions, 5 packs or 10 packs.
Nothing is more motivating than peer pressure. Grab some friends and train in a small group with up to 3 other individuals. Unlike most group training models, each individual receives their own customized program including mobility and corrective exercises. This is the most efficient and economical way to train. Sessions are charged at the time of service and the rate varies based on the number of participants.
AMP (agility, mobility, power) classes are designed to make you stronger and faster in a group of up to 6 people. While there is no customization of programming, the AMP coach will modify exercises according to your strength level and history of injury. Available as a drop-in session, 5 pack, 10 pack, or unlimited monthly pass.
