Why STRENGTH TRAINING?
No matter your sport, strength is vital for performance, injury prevention, and to avoid relapses.
Strength training at Fast Track is the safe option for athletes, led by strength coaches in a full service team of Doctors of physical therapy and massage therapists. It is perfect for athletes who have had past injuries or are concerned about interruptions in their training due to lifting injuries.
All clients begin with a one-on-one functional assessment that allows our strength coaches to build a program specifically for you, consisting of exercises and drills to address your weaknesses and improve your strength, power and conditioning.
The advantage of one-on-one training is that you receive direct supervision and the undivided attention of your strength coach throughout the entire session. This type of training is particularly great for individuals with a history of injury, new to strength training, or need flexibility in scheduling.
Nothing is more motivating than peer pressure. Grab some friends and train in a small group with up to 5 individuals. Unlike most group training models, each individual receives their own customized program including mobility and corrective exercises.
This is the most efficient and economical way to train. Choose from single sessions, 12 packs, 24 packs, or 36 packs. Cost can be as low as $25 per session depending on which package you choose.
NEW PAIN-FREE RUNNING CLASS
Running can and should be a lifelong sport. This group class gives you the strategic strength & stability you need to run better, faster, and stronger. Core, single leg strength, and glutes!
Packages as low as $12/class. Max class size: 10.
YOUTH STRENGTH CLASS
At Fast Track we believe that the best way to keep athletes in the game is for our athletes to have the capacity to withstand the demands of their sport.
Our youth class takes an ATHLETE FIRST approach to strength training. We teach youth athletes to master the basics with the goal to progress in weight, movement complexity, and speed. We know that by laying a foundation of strength young athletes will have the longevity needed to reach their full potential in whatever sport they choose to play.
Our youth classes are great for the athletes ages 10-18 looking to improve the way they move and perform.
Classes run Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:30pm
While onsite training is the best option, we understand work schedules and traffic in NOVA can be challenging. Commit to a consistent strength program delivered online. This program is a flat monthly fee with a 3 month commitment and includes:
- Up to 4 workouts/week customized to your goals
- 2 Live 30 minute check-ins with your trainer/month
- Exercise videos with proper technique & cues
- *Movement Screen is required to start this program
